Ann Lampert Realty, Inc. is a 60 year old Real Estate firm.  We feature a sales department headed up by Broker/Owner Edward Lampert as well as a large property management department run by Mark Lampert.  Our many years of Real Estate experience can be your advantage in the current Real Estate market.

Edward S. Lampert, Broker/Owner, Realtor

Edward earned the title of Realtor Emeritus for 50 years of service from the National Board of Realtors in 2003.  He served the Denver Board of Realtors as the Election Committee Chairman for 20+ years and continues to work with the Committee each year.  Edward has been instrumental in the development of several metro Denver neighborhoods over the years.  He takes part monthly in continuing education classes to stay abreast of all the current Real Estate legal issues, contracts and trends.  When you are looking for an agent with the knowledge and experience you need whether to buy or sell your home Edward Lampert can help you.

Mark L. Lampert, Property Manager, Realtor

Mark has been serving the Denver Real Estate community for 30+ years.  He is a proactive community member who serves as the president of the 4 Square Mile Homeowners' Association and is a past multi-term president of the Cunningham Fire Protection district.  Mark works with the Arapahoe County Sheriffs Department, Denver Police, Cunninghamd Fire and Denver Fire Departments to ensure that he receives the most current information regarding as to what is happening in the varied metro Denver neighborhoods Ann Lampert Realty serves.  Mark takes a hands on approach to property management, he believes this promotes a better relationship with both our Landlords as well as our Tenants.  If you would like to have your property managed by a professional with the skill to help you get the most out of the property Mark Lampert can help you.

Noel Knittel-Gilder, Administrative Coordinator/Licensed Real Estate Agent

Noel has been in the real estate business since 1999 and with Ann Lampert Realty, Inc. since 2002.  Knowledgable in both the rental and sales aspects of real estate she works closely with Ed and Mark as well as the rental property owners.  Noel coordinates and manages the photos and virtual tours used in our web based advertising, she performs bookkeeping duties for the property management department and assists with other administrative duties as well.  Noel participates in housing related conferences and classes attending courses offered by the Denver Housing Authority and the law firm of Hopkins, Tschetter, Sulzer throughout the year which enables her to stay abreast of recent changes that affect our clients.  Licensed as an agent in 2013, she is also well versed in comparable market analysis used in listing your residential and multi-family real estate.
